Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the sterilizing cleansing of a slaughtered body treating machine and a device therefore, capable of eliminating harmful bacteria such as a pathogenic E. coli O-157 in a treating work of the slaughtered bodies with a slaughtered body treating machine.
SOLUTION: This method for sterilizing cleansing of a slaughtered body treating machine comprises supporting the slaughtered body F rotalably over a cutter 11 mounted on a cuter stand 11', an opposing roller 12 positioned as opposing to the cutting edge thereof and plural table rollers 13, 14, 15, involving the edge of a skin F' of the slaughtered body F with the opposing roller 12, and pulling the skin through a space between the cutting edge of the cutter 11 and the opposing roller 12 into a pair of drag rollers 16, 17 for performing skinning of the slaughtered body F, in which the peripheral speed of plural table rollers is made 1.2 fold or faster than that of the opposing roller 12. A hot water having ≥83°C temperature is injected from an injection nozzle 19' of a to water supplying tube 19 mounted on a machine frame stand 18 to the opposing roller 12 and table rollers.
