To provide a loudspeaker provided with a voice coil 48, a plate 28 forming a magnetic gap, a permanent magnet 36, a yoke 38, a damper 46 supporting the voice coil 48 that can be vibrated in the axial direction, a cone diaphragm 56 that is driven by the voice coil 48, a frame 10, input terminals 24A, 24B and a lead wire interconnecting the voice coil 48 and the input terminals 24A, 24B that promotes modular design of the components to reduce the cost.

The voice coil 48, the damper 46, the frame 10, the input terminals 24A, 24B, the lead wire, the diaphragm 56 and a dust cap 58 are designed to be modules to obtain a vibration system module 66, and the plate 28, the permanent magnet 36, and the yoke 38 are designed to be a magnetic circuit module 68. A mount section 70 is provided to a rear side of the frame 10 of the vibration system module 66 and the magnetic circuit module 68 is mounted on the mount section 70.
