To provide a loudspeaking broadcast system and a louodspeaking broadcast apparatus capable of making loudspeaking broadcast with proper contents to each section without decreasing the articulation.
A bi-directivity speaker 1 performing loudspeaking with high articulation in a direction of tunnel extension and a fire sensor 3 for sensing occurrence of a fire in tunnels 10a, 10b to transmit a fire breakout signal are installed in the tunnels 10a, 10b and each bi-directivity speaker 1 makes emergency broadcast to each of prescribed sections 5 in the tunnels 10a, 10b on the occurrence of emergency such as a fire. The contents of emergency broadcast differ depending on each of the sections 5 and are made alternately between adjacent sections. Further, a frequency component providing a long reverberation time is eliminated from the broadcast signal loudspoken from the bi-directivity speaker 1.
