PURPOSE: To enable low altitude photography for vertical photography by providing a measuring machine which measures the height of a photographic camera from the ground, a control board for operates remotely a swiveling mechanism installed on the ground, the photographic camera, and the height measuring machine, and a monitor television which displays images from the monitor camera.

CONSTITUTION: A suspension fittings 21 and a clamping plate 25 for a photographing device are mounted on a crane 27 and fixed by clamping a clamping bolt 28, and the control board 45 and monitor camera 46 are installed on the ground. The sending-out motor 43 of the height measuring machine 34 is operated to send out a measuring table 35, and a weight 41 is placed on the ground to measure the height of the photographic camera 29. The photographic camera 29 is set at necessary height by adjusting the length of the boom 26a of a crane truck 26. A storage box 1 is rotated by a proper angle relatively to a table 11 to adjust the angle of the photographic camera 29 to an object and the shutter is released to take a photograph. Thus, exact photography is carried out.
