To provide a low fuel warning device for a taxi that prompts fuel supply at a proper timing even when a passenger is getting into a taxi.
The low fuel warning device for a taxi includes: a remaining fuel determination unit for determining a remaining fuel of the taxi; a warning unit for prompting refueling when the remaining fuel determined by the remaining fuel determination unit is a predetermined amount or less; a boarding determination unit for determining whether the passenger boards the taxi or not; and a control unit for controlling the warning unit based on the boarding determination unit. When the boarding determination unit determines that the passenger boards the taxi, the control unit inhibits the warning by the warning unit even if the remaining fuel determination unit determines that the remaining fuel of the taxi is a predetermined amount or less.
