Abstract:
To provide a low fruit juice-containing beverage that is excellent in the thickness of fruit juice taste and in the fresh feeling from fruit juice even when the fruit juice content is low, and to provide a low fruit juice-containing beverage base, a method for producing low fruit juice-containing beverage and a method for improving flavor of low fruit juice-containing beverage.SOLUTION: The low fruit juice-containing beverage according to the present invention is a low fruit juice-containing beverage having a fruit juice content of 10% or less in terms of fruit juice percentage and in which the content of borneol is 0.25 to 1.60 ppm, and the content of decanal is 0.12 to 1.10 ppm. The low fruit juice-containing beverage base according to the present invention is a low fruit juice-containing beverage base containing fruit juice, borneol and decanal and in which X/D is 10 or less, Y/D is 0.25 to 1.60, and Z/D is 0.12 to 1.10.SELECTED DRAWING: None
