Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low noise blower of assembly type which realize a common component characteristic of the low noise blower constituted by suction side casing, discharge side casing and an intermediate drum (using components such as intermediate drum, guide blade in common) with simple structure at low cost.
SOLUTION: In a blower, a plurality of runners 7 and a guide blade 6 are provided within a casing 1 which is formed by assembling a lot of intermediate drums 1a including a suction port 2 and a discharge port 3 in an axial direction. A suction side casing 101 is provided in the casing 1 through the intermediate drum 1a, a first sound absorbing member 4 for preventing a noise is disposed inside the suction side casing member 101, a gap is disposed in the first sound absorbing 4 so as to oppose to a guide blade 6 provided with a second absorbing member 5, and the guide blade 6 is disposed within the another intermediate drum 1a to thereby form an integrated low noise blower of assembly type. Common use of components is attained. A conventional attaching method can be used or easy mounting to a ready disposed blower can be attained. Accordingly, the low noise blower having fewer components can be realized at low cost.
