Abstract:
To provide a low reflection film for giving electric characteristics such as antistaticity and conductivity, and optical characteristics such as low reflection by possessing excellent strength, adhesion, flexibility, curvature, transparency etc. to suppress reflection light unevenness, and to provide a transparent base with the low reflection film provided with it.
The low reflection film 3 is the one composed of a high refractive index layer 1 and a low refractive index layer 2 sequentially stacked. A difference between the minimum reflectance and the maximum reflectance is 2.5 % or less in an optical wavelength band of 380 to 800 nm. A visibility reflectance is 1.5 % or less, a haze value is 1.0 or less, and pencil hardness is 2H or more.
