This low rigid styrenic resin composition comprises (A) an acrylate ester copolymer produced by copolymerizing (i) an alkyl acrylate, (ii) a vinyl cyanide compound and (iii) an aromatic vinyl compound and having a Tg of ≤20°C and a gel content of ≤10wt.%, (B) a maleimide copolymer produced by copolymerizing the components (ii) and (iii) with (iv) a maleimide compound, wherein the content of the component (iii) is ≥49mol.%, and (C) a graft copolymer comprising graft parts produced by copolymerizing the component (ii) with the component (iii) and a rubber polymer part having a volume- average particle diameter of 100-1000nm and selected from a dienic polymer, an olefinic polymer and an acrylic acid polymer which are produced by a coagulation growth method in the presence of an oxygen-containing latex produced by copolymerizing an unsaturated acid such as acrylic acid with a 1-12C alkyl (meth)acrylate.
