Abstract:
To provide a steel plate contributable to weight reduction of car parts, and a method for pressing the same.
In a low-specific gravity hot-dip aluminized steel plate, plating of Al concentration of, by mass, ≥ 80% is performed on both sides of a steel plate containing Al of ≥ 5% and ≤ 11% with the coating thickness of ≥ 50μm and ≤ 200μm on each side. In a pressing method of the low-specific gravity hot-dip aluminized steel plate, the hot-dip aluminized steel plate with plating of Al concentration of ≥ 80% performed on both sides of the steel plate containing Al of ≥ 5% and ≤ 20% Al with the coating thickness of ≥ 50μm and ≤ 250μm on each side is pressed at ≥ 400°C and ≤ 800°C.
