To efficiently recover an electric energy by taking in outside heat when vaporizing low-temperature liquefied-gas for utilization.
A liquid nitrogen vaporizer 100A includes a storing tank (cold evaporator) 1 in which liquid nitrogen (LN2) is stored, an outlet valve 2 therefor, three pressurized vessels 3a, 3b and 3c into which the liquid nitrogen is supplied from the storing tank 1 and which are disposed in parallel, inlet valves 4a, 4b and 4c disposed in the inlets, outlet valves 5a, 5b and 5c disposed in the outlets, an expansion machine 6 for expanding the nitrogen gas (GN2) released from each of the pressurized vessels 3a, 3b and 3c, a generator 7 accompanying the expansion machine 6, a heat exchanger 8 for equal-pressure heating the nitrogen gas expanded by the expansion machine 6, and a gas-supply valve 9 provided on the lowermost in a nitrogen gas generation supply channel.
