PURPOSE: To prepare a high concn. and low viscosity alumina sol effectively utilizable as various alumina sources.

CONSTITUTION: This alummina sol contains cations other than H+ within the total normal large of 2.0×10-4 to 1.0×10-1 and has ≥10wt.% concn. of alumina and ≤5,000cP viscosity measured with a Brookfield viscometer.
