Abstract:
To correspond to a one-piece flow casting system where pre-heating and melting are performed with a melting unit as small melting blocks.SOLUTION: A small quantity-large variety casting melt system comprises a pre-heating device 20 pre-heating melting blocks 11, a pusher device 30 for charging the melting blocks into the pre-heating device and an induction melting furnace 40 melting the melting blocks pre-heated by the pre-heating device and extruded and charged by the pusher device, and comprises a control device 50 reading out the temperature of the melting blocks by a temperature sensor 21 provided at the inside of the pre-heating device and, when the melting blocks reach a prescribed temperature, driving a driving apparatus 31 provided at the pusher device and performing controlling so as to push out the melting blocks in the pre-heating device and to exhaust the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
