To provide a lower extremity holding device capable of easily retaining both legs of a person in a supine position, in an upright state.SOLUTION: A lower extremity holding device 1 comprises a first holding part 10 extending along a first direction, and a second holding part 20 extending from one end of the first holding part 10 to one side, along a second direction crossing the first direction. An outer peripheral surface 11 of the first holding part 10 includes a first contact face 13 coming into contact with an upper surface of a bed for a human, and a first support face 14 coming into contact with the soles of both legs of a person in the supine position, supported by a bed and retaining the knees of both legs in a bent state. An outer peripheral surface 21 of the second holding part 20 includes a second contact face 23 coming into contact with the upper surface of the bed, and a second support face 24 coming into contact with a side part of one leg of the person and retaining both legs of the person in an upright state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
