Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce tool wearing by mixing fine powdered inorganic solid materials with liquid carriers selected from a group of water, mineral lubricant and synthetic lubricant at a specific mixing rate.
CONSTITUTION: Fine powdered inorganic solid material such as chalk or talc of 75 μm less or preferably 10 μm or less in diameter is prepared. Synthetic lubricant such as polypropylene glycol, paraffin, and mineral lubricant such as mineral soap are prepared. A liquid or paste composition is obtained by mixing 10 to 85 wt.% of the solid materials with 90 to 15 wt.% of a liquid carrier selected from a group of, water, the mineral lubricant and synthetic lubricant.
