Abstract:
To provide a lubricant coating device for tire which prevents fitting failure when a tire is incorporated into a rim while suppressing dirt of the tire and rust of the rim.SOLUTION: A lubricant coating device 2 includes a coating roller 8 which brings a bead part 36 of a tire 22 into contact with an outer peripheral surface 32, a driving part 6 which rotates the tire 22, and a nozzle 20 which jets a foamy lubricant 44 to a contact part between the tire 22 and the coating roller 8. Preferably, the coating roller 8 is formed of metal. More preferably, the coating roller 8 is formed of an aluminum alloy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
