Abstract:
A lubricant composition which can greatly reduce friction and wear and exhibits high extreme-pressure properties is provided in order to solve various problems of a sliding member which have become severer due to downsizing, speed-up, or high loading. A lubricant composition which comprises a mineral, synthetic, animal, and/or vegetable lube base oil, 1 to 70mass% of an amide, and 0.1 to 50mass% of a triazine derivative and which takes the form of a gel at ordinary temperatures; and lubrication systems with the lubricant composition.
