Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a lubricant composition excellent in manifestation of thermal oxidation resistance and abrasion resistance under a high-temperature and pressure condition and suitable for a hydraulic oil, etc., by blending a specified antioxidant and a specified abrasion-resistant agent with a base oil containing a mineral oil-based hydrogenated oil or a synthetic lubricant.
CONSTITUTION: The composition is obtained by blending (A) a lubricant base oil containing a mineral oil-based hydrogenated oil and/or a synthetic lubricant (e.g. olefin oligomer) with (B) an antioxidant composed of an alklylphenyl-α- alkylnaphthylamine (e.g. octylphenyl-α-naphthylamine) or this compound and a phosphite (e.g. tris-di-tert-butylphenyl phosphite) and (C) an abrasion-resistant agent composed of a phosphoric acid triester (e.g. tributyl phosphate) and/or an amine salt of phosphoric ester. In addition, the alkylphenyl-α- alkylnaphthylamine, the phosphite and the component (C) are respectively used preferably in an amount of 0.01 to 3wt.%, 0.1 to 1wt.% and 0.1 to 3wt.%.
