Abstract:
To provide a lubricant for plastic working of metal in order to impart better working lubricity than that of a phosphate film treatment even under severe working conditions and simply form a good lubricating film on a metal material surface in a short time and to provide a method for treating the surface.
The lubricant for working and a photocuring resin are used in combination or mixed for use. The lubricating film can be formed from the photocuring resin on the metal material surface in the ultrashort time by using a composition curable with ultraviolet rays, infrared rays, visible rays and electron rays.
