Abstract:
To obtain a lubricant for polyester which is excellent in compatibility with a polyester and can impart flowability to a polyester without detriment to its characteristics by using a rosin ester formed from a specific rosin and an alcohol compd. and/or an epoxy compd.
This lubricant is a purified stabilized rosin ester which is formed from a purified stabilized rosin and an alcohol compd. and/or an epoxy compd. and pref. has a Gardner color of 2 or lower. Pref. the alcohol compd. and the epoxy compd. are arom.
