Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a lubricating device for a scroll compressor capable of supporting axial load of a rotary scroll without using a separate thrust bearing.
CONSTITUTION: A lubricating device for a scroll compressor is composed of a thrust bearing surface 35 formed having a lubricating oil groove 36 in an upper surface of a main frame 29, a lubricating passage 37 bored and formed on the inner side of a rotary scroll 26 to be communicated with the lubricating oil groove 36 in the thrust bearing surface 35, and an axil lubricating passage 27b formed on the inner side of a crank shaft 27 to be communicated with the lubricating passage 37.
