Abstract:

To provide a lubricating oil composition for gearbox, which has an especially high wet-friction-material torque capacity and good μ-V characteristics and is used as an automatic gearbox oil or a stepless gearbox oil.

The lubricating oil composition is prepared by compounding a base oil with a sulfur-containing succinimide derivative.
