Abstract:
To provide the lubricant composition for the shock absorber that has an increased static frictional force, a reduced dynamic frictional force and excellent oxidation stability and thermal stability at a slide portion.SOLUTION: The lubricant composition for the shock absorber comprises: lubricant base oil, an amine-based antioxidant, ester of fatty acid and polyalcohol, a copolymer of α-olefin and an ester monomer having a polymerizable unsaturated bond, and fatty acid amide, wherein the lubricant composition for the shock absorber satisfies a condition represented by 0.1≤C(A)≤0.5, 0.1≤C(B)≤1.0, 0.1≤C(C)≤2.0, 0.02≤C(D)≤0.5, 1.0≤C(C)/C(B)≤5.0 and 1.0≤C(B)/C(D)≤5.0 based on a total amount of the composition, wherein C(A) is a content of the amine-based antioxidant, C(B) is the content of the ester, C(C) is the content of the copolymer and C(D) is the content of the fatty acid amide, respectively, and the lubricant composition for the shock absorber has a kinematic viscosity of 2.0 to 3.5 mm/s at 100°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
