Title:
LUBRICATING STRUCTURE FOR HYDROSTATIC CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006220183
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a lubricating structure for a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission in which a hydraulic circuit made up of a high-pressure oil passage for feeding operation fluid from a hydraulic pump to a hydraulic motor side and a low-pressure oil passage for feeding operation fluid from the hydraulic motor side to the hydraulic pump side between a hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor in a casing rotated by power source is formed in a cylinder integral with a transmission shaft, and which executes switching of power transmission by sliding a clutch valve provided in the transmission shaft and short-circuiting the high-pressure oil passage and low-pressure oil passage, wherein a structure of a lubricating oil injection oil passage materializes efficient manufacture and a high degree of freedom in setting a lubricating oil injection hole.

A structure is composed of an oil passage provided to the outer peripheral side of the clutch valve, a lubricating oil injection hole which communicates to the outer peripheral side oil passage of the clutch valve and which is drilled in a transmission shaft toward the outer periphery of the transmission shaft and a communication oil passage drilled in the transmission shaft so as to communicate between the oil feeding oil passage connected to the lubricating oil feeding source and the outer peripheral side oil passage of the clutch valve, wherein an orifice is provided in the communication oil passage.
