Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a luminous body which can be attached to any of various kinds of articles such as a road sign or the like, and which has enhanced water- resistance.
CONSTITUTION: A luminous body 2 is stored in a substantially cylindrical cylinder 1 made of transparent resin on one longitudinal end side thereof, and a solar battery 3, a control part 4 and a battery 5 are stored therein on the other longitudinal end side thereof. Synthetic resin 6 is filled in the casing 1 so as to seal the casing. The intermediate part of the casing 1 between the luminous body 2 and the solar battery 3 is formed with a cylindrical attaching part 7 having a polygonal sectional shape. The attaching part 7 is attached to a road sign or the like by means of a fixture.
