These recess parts is filled with a light accumulativity luminous agent 6 whose surface is painted with a clear lacquer 7. A semitransparent ground glass-made upper face member 3 is bonded on the surface of the clear lacquer with an adhesive agent. Time indication scale is printed on the upper face of the upper face member 3. In a dark place, the lattice-like divided light accumulativity luminous agent 6 illuminates the glass-made upper face member 3 from the rear.
