To solve the problems of a conventional lure having a blade wherein, when the attaching positions of a hook and the blade are near, fishing is obstructed by the entwining of the hook and the blade caused by the large movement of the blade, and when the attaching positions of the hook and the blade are distant, a flesh-eating fish biting the blade with curiosity is not hooked by the hook sometimes.

The efficiency and improvement of catch of the fish can be achieved by reducing the trouble of the entwining of the blade and the hook, and enabling the approach of the blade to the hook by externally attaching a ring for properly controlling the movement of the blade to the lure body of the lure having the blade.
