Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a Sn-plated steel sheet having such an excellent adhesive strength of a coated resin film that the coated organic resin film is not peeled off even when severely formed, and to provide the Sn-plated steel sheet manufactured with the manufacturing methods, a resin- coated Sn-plated steel sheet provided with a resin coating on the Sn-plated steel sheet, and a can using it.
SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the resin-coated Sn-plated steel sheet is characterized by coating a resin on the Sn-plated steel sheet, which is made by means of plating Sn on the surface of the steel sheet, performing post-treatment, and subsequently applying a silane coupling agent thereon. The method for manufacturing the can comprises forming the resin-coated Sn-plated steel sheet into a can body, with deep drawing, stretch working after the deep drawing, ironing after the deep drawing, or with both the stretch working and the ironing after the deep drawing.
