Abstract:
To provide a more environmentally friendly and cost-effective method for recycling Nd-Fe-B magnet/Nd-Fe-B magnet scrap after its service life.SOLUTION: In a method for recovering NdFeB particle from a bulk-sintered Nd-Fe-B magnet and/or a magnet scrap, Nd-Fe-B magnet 1 and/or magnet scrap are anodized by using a non-aqueous liquid electrolyte 5, and by the anodization NdFeB particle 6 in the Nd-Fe-B magnet 1 and/or magnet scrap is released. The released NdFeB particle 6 is recovered during and/or after the anodization.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
