To develop an inversion hanging health improving machine which is easily utilized at home or in an office alone by not only a person who can actively do exercises but also any person including an old person or the one who has usually no opportunity to do exercises.

A roller 3 is attached to one end of a board 2 to roll on a base board 1, a foot hook belt 4 is attached to the other end and a shaft 6 is fitted to a desired position near the belt 4 of the board 2 so as to be freely rotatable. Then a pair of left and right units obtained by hanging and tying chains 8 from a pair of upper and lower chain gear wheels 7 which are fixed to be freely rotatable are juxtaposed at the upper prescribed positions of the base board 1, bearings 9 are attached in the middle part of the left and right chains 8, and the haft 6 is attached so as to be freely rotatable. Then the left and right chain gear wheels 7 are connected by a cooperative operation shaft 10.
