Title:
MACHINE FOR INERT GAS-PACKED PACKAGING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2690864
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable a high-speed packaging operation even for fine powder by a method wherein a transverse heat sealing means, a filling means and an opening edge heat sealing means are housed in a gas chamber, and packaging film and belts of continuous packages are taken into and out of the gas chamber through an inlet and an outlet, each equipped with a sealing means.
CONSTITUTION: A heat-sealable, gas-barriering packaging film F supplied from a packaging film supply part is led to a molding chute 21 and molded into a continuous bottomed gutter-like shape, and division sealing is applied thereto with a transverse heat sealing means 23, During the process of division sealing, substances to be packaged are put into packages and sealing is applied to the opening edges to form a belt F" of continuous packages, and each of the packages is obtained after cutting is applied to parts of division sealing. A transverse sealing means 23, a filling means 35 and an opening edge heat sealing means 28 are housed in a gas chamber 50 filled with inert gas, and the packaging film F and the belt F" of continuous packages are taken into and out of the gas chamber 50 through an inlet 51 and an outlet 52, each equipped with a sealing means 55. Therefore, residuary oxygen in the package can be reduced, and satisfactory packaging becomes available not only for normal powdered body, but also for fine powder.
