To reduce production cost of training data.SOLUTION: A machine learning program includes: acquiring, on the basis of circuit information, a current distribution image by equivalent circuit simulation; acquiring a shape image which represents a shape of a circuit, on the basis of the circuit information; acquiring, on the basis of the circuit information, an EMI value by electromagnetic field analysis; and generating an EMI prediction model by machine learning based on training data including the current distribution image, the shape image, and the EMI value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
