To provide a flow mixing machine according to a predetermined ratio of a biological fluid and an anti-coagulating agent and/or a preserving solution.
This machine includes: a measuring device 7 for the volume of a biological fluid collected by natural flowing; a pumping device 8 for the anti-coagulating agent and/or preserving solution; and a pumping device control system 9 having a device for measuring the volume of pumped anti-coagulating agent and/or preserving solution and an automatic control device for pumping speed. The automatic control device includes a means for calculating the theoretical volume of the anti-coagulating agent and/or preserving solution to be mixed with the collected biological fluid according to the determined proportion, comparing the theoretic volume of the anti-coagulating agent and/or the preserving solution with the volume of the pumped anti-coagulating agent and/or preserving solution, and controlling the pumping speed according to the preceding comparison.
