PURPOSE: To obtain a machine for the simultaneous paddling and rice transplantation by paddling the tilled surface layer with a paddling rotor while leaving the lower layer in a tilled state suitable for the growth of crop and, at the same time, preventing the falling down of seedlings planted on the adjacent ground with mud water pushed out sideways by the puddling rotor in the transplantation of seedlings.
CONSTITUTION: This simultaneous paddling and rice transplantation machine is provided with a planting apparatus having plural planting members 14 arranged in lateral direction interposing a specific planting row distance and attached to the back of a traveling vehicle 1, a paddling rotor 21 of the planting apparatus supported in lateral direction and mud water guiding plates placed at both sides of the paddling rotor 21 and extending from the front part to the side of the paddling rotor 21.
