To provide a washing/drying machine which has a process of drying laundry by sending warm air into a spinning tub, can consistently carry out processes from washing to drying, and enhances reliability by preventing a decrease in air tightness of a warm-air circulating path even if external force, and the like, are exerted on a machine body at handling of freight.
The spinning tub 4, which has a rotation central shaft in an approximately vertical direction and is provided rotatably with a rotary blade 6, is supported rotatably in an outer tub 3 which is suspended in an outer frame 1; the warm air, which is heated with a heater 14, is sent into the spinning tub 4 with an air blower 13 for drying; the air blower 13 and the heater 14 are provided inside a casing 21 in an upper part of the outer frame 1; and the warm-air circulating path 28, which has a heat exchanger 10 and circulates the warm air, is housed in the outer frame 1. The path 28 has an upper path 30 and a lower path 29; the upper path 30 is mounted on the casing 21 in such a manner that one end of the upper path 30 is fixed airtightly to the air blower 13; the lower path 29 is mounted on the outer frame 1 in such a manner that one end of the lower path 29 is fixed airtightly to the heat exchanger 10; and the end of the upper path 30 and that of the lower path 29 are fixed airtightly.
