PURPOSE: To facilitate a direction change and improve work efficiency by providing a rotary receiving table pin-locked with a bogie and providing a pedal type operating section for releasing pin-lock on the bogoie running bed side in the said device between a warehouse and a machine factory.

CONSTITUTION: When a bogie 4 loaded with a cargo arrives at a machining facility, the lower end of the pin 25 of the bogie 4 enters the recess of the claw 42 of a pedal 36 provided on a running bed 6. Accordingly, if the direction change of an article is desired, the pedal 36 is depressed, thereby the pin 25 is lowered by an operating piece 39, the lock of a rotary receiving table 16 is released, and the article is rotated by the rotary receiving table 16. When the pedal 36 is is stopped to be depressed, the pin 25 is hooked and locked with the bed 16. According to this constitution, the direction change of a cargo is facilitated.
