Abstract:
To provide an easily controllable and inexpensive machining method of a cylindrical member and a machining method of a development sleeve member, allowing quick mounting of the cylindrical member to a device, while suppressing occupied floor area of a machining device small.
The attitude of the cylindrical member is kept vertically, a plurality of cutting machining means for machining each opening side of the cylindrical member are disposed, and the outer peripheral surface of a flange member fixed to each opening side or one side of the cylindrical member is cut by each cutting means.
