Abstract:
To provide a cone type diaphragm for a speaker, made of a magnesium alloy, which has sufficient rigidity and can suppress split vibration, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.
The cone type diaphragm for a speaker is formed by press-machining a magnesium alloy plate. The diaphragm is configured so that its thickness is gradually reduced from the internal circumference of a radius direction toward the outer circumference of the radius direction, and a thickness t2 of the outer circumferential edge is 0.2-0.8 times a thickness t1 of the inner circumferential edge.
