An attract-fixing magnet 16 of a GPS receiver 10 is, over its entire, covered with a thin film 18. The thin film 18 is a thin film excellent in flexibility such as Saran film, formed in tube. Relating to the tube-like thin film 18, its one end is closed by heat-press-contact, etc., and the magnet 16 is inserted therein. Then, the inside of the thin film 18 is evacuated to vacuum at its open end, so that the magnet 16 is completely covered with the thin film 18. With the thin film 18 constituted with a material excellent in flexibility, the inside space where the magnet 16 is housed is kept at vacuum state even when an excessive thin film 18 is cut-out. Thereby, with a simple configuration, an attract-fixing magnet with its surface protected is obtained at low cost.
