To provide a magnet generator having a flywheel which is reduced in the number of processes of machining, and improved in roundness.
This magnet generator comprises: the bowl-shaped flywheel 3 having a cylindrical part 5 and a bottom 8; a plurality of permanent magnets 4 arranged on the internal peripheral wall surface of the cylindrical part 5; a magnet cover 11 which is arranged along inside surfaces of the permanent magnets 4, bent into a cylindrical shape, and joined at its both ends by a joining part 14 which radially extends; and a resin material 15 which is arranged inside the flywheel 3, and formed by integrating the permanent magnets 4 and the magnet cover 11 to the flywheel 3. A pair of recessed and protruded parts 9 opposite with each other are formed on the bottom 8 side of the cylindrical part 5, the joining part 14 is sandwiched between the recessed and protruded parts 9, and thereby the permanent magnets 4 are positioned in the circumferential direction with respect to the flywheel 3.
