Title:
MAGNET CHUCK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016124044
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain generation of vibration when a piston reaches a displacement end point, in a magnet chuck for integrally displacing a permanent magnet with the piston.SOLUTION: A magnet chuck 10 comprises a piston 58 displaced in a second sliding hole 38 of a cylinder tube 14. When the piston 58 reached the bottom dead center, its lower end surface abuts on a plate member 42, and while, when reaching the top dead center, its upper end surface abuts on an entering part 44 of a head cover 18. A first damper 84 is provided on an upper end surface of the plate member 42, and since a second damper 94 is also provided on an upper end surface of the piston 58, vibration of respective abutting times is relieved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
