Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ease manufacturing of a magnetic assembly made by the combination of a magnetic plate laminated and a permanent magnet piece and to realize highly magnetic joint therebetween.
CONSTITUTION: In a structure, in which a magnet piece is inserted into a magnet slot formed by overlapping magnet slots of each magnetic plate 19 in a laminate, made of a magnetic plate 19 individually provided with a magnetic slot. Individual magnetic plates 19 are mutually deformed, so that the edges of magnet slot of the respective magnetic plates 19 are brought into contact with the side of the magnet piece, and the magnet piece overall is kept in contact with the edge of the magnet slot of the magnetic plate 19. When the magnetic plate 19 is especially piled in a manner such that a common axis passes through a central hole 23, the magnet slot of the magnetic plate 19 may be made to be a bow tie in shape, symmetrical to each other at the center of the central hole.
