To improve reliability in the fitting of a magnetic structure in a denture or a denture base by a method wherein when the magnetic structure wherein a permanent magnet is arranged inside by an outer shell made of stainless steel, is fitted in a hole provided on the bottom part of a denture base, a film layer is provided on the fitting surface part of the magnetic structure, with the hole of the denture base.
A magnetic structure 7 which is attached in a hole provided on the bottom part of a denture base, and is magnetically drawn to a keeper which is provided on the top of a tooth remaining root, is constituted of a permanent magnet 3, a cup yoke 2 made of stainless steel which forms an outer shell, and a disk yoke 6. The cup yoke 2 and the disk yoke 6 are bonded by welding 5, but the welded part 5 is demagnetized, and for this reason, a non-magnetic gap 4 is formed. Also, the permanent magnet 3 is arranged in such a manner that the N pole may be located on the upper surface, and the S pole may be located on the lower surface. Then, a film layer 1 of an acrylic based resin is formed on the fitting surface of the cup yoke 2 with the denture base, of the magnetic structure 7. By this method, a strong bonding to the denture base with a small amount of an adhesive is made.
