Abstract:
To provide a magnetic bearing device stably rotating while reducing a heating value, and a low temperature liquefied gas feed pump including the same.SOLUTION: A magnetic bearing device 300 supporting a rotating shaft includes a first electromagnet M1 and a second electromagnet M2, displacement sensors 121, 122, and an operation portion 100 for operating electric currents flowing to the first electromagnet M1 and the second electromagnet M2. In the operation portion 100, (a) control electric currents ic of the same value and opposite signs are calculated with respect to the first electromagnet M1 and the second electromagnet M2 on the basis of the displacement detected by the displacement sensors 121, 122, (b) bias electric currents ib of the same value and the same sign are calculated with respect to the first electromagnet M1 and the second electromagnet M2 on the basis of increase/decrease of the control electric currents ic, and (c) coil electric currents ic1, ic2 flowing to the first electromagnet M1 and the second electromagnet M2 are calculated by adding the control electric currents ic and the bias electric currents ib.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
