PURPOSE: To reduce the electrostatic induction noise by inserting an electrostatic shielding plate.
CONSTITUTION: The intra-face magnetic fields are produced at a magnetic bubble memory chip 4 by inside and outside coils 1 and 2. These magnetic fields cross a wiring 5 for chip detection output to be supplied to a lead pin 6, and the electrostatic induction noise is applied to the wiring 5 via an electrostatic capacity provided between the pin 6 and the coil 2. This noise is cut off by inserting an electrostatic shielding plate 7 between coils 1 and 2 and the pin 6. In this case, the plate 7 is formed into a reed screen shape with connection of earth in order to avoid disturbance of magnetic field distributions of coils 1 and 2. Thus the electrostatic induction noises can be reduced.
