To provide a magnetic circuit block of a magnet device which can be manufactured easily and efficiently.
A pair of right and left symmetric magnetic members 30 are formed by casting. A substantially semicircular groove-like storing recess part 31 faces the pair of the magnetic members 30 in a molding box, and faces and is arranged via a prescribed gap in the state that a substantially cylindrical shape is constituted. A non-magnetic material is injected into the molding box, allowed to flow in between the magnetic members 30, except for the inside of the storing recess part 31 and on the outer face of the magnetic material, and the pair of the magnetic members 30 are wrapped with the non-magnetic material. The non-magnetic material is solidified, and an enveloped casting part 33, integrally covering the pair of the magnetic materials, is formed. When the enveloped casting part 33 is formed, a pedestal part 25 for attaching an operation knob part 4 making a permanent magnet 3 rotate is serially formed, to form the magnetic circuit block 2.
