Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a magnetic component while efficiently cooling a core provided to the magnetic component.SOLUTION: A magnetic component 1 includes: a coil 11; and a core 21. The coil 11 is configured by winding a conductive plate in a hollow shape. The core 21 is formed by spray coating ferrite, which is a magnetic material, to an entire surface of an outer circumference of the coil 11. The ferrite is spray coated by melting the ferrite with plasma and spray coating to the entire surface of the outer circumference of the coil 11. Thereby, the entire surface of the outer circumference of the coil 11 is covered by the core 21.
