Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition which can maintain its heat resis tance, as its moldability and magnetic characteristics are improved by using a thermoplastic norbornene resin, other thermoplastic resins and a magnetic substance.
SOLUTION: This composition comprises the resin components of (A) 1-100wt.% of a thermoplastic norbornene resin and (B) 0-99wt.% of thermoplastic resins other than the component (A), and (C) a magnetic substance. As a component B, polyarylene sulfide is preferred. As the component C, a ferrite of the formula: MO.6Fe2O3 (M is Ca, Ba, Sr or the like) is cited, and is preferably a powder with particle sizes of 0.1-100μm. Preferably, this composition contains 1-50wt.% of the components A and B and 99-50wt.% of the component C. Thus, the objective composition is obtained with extremely practical values.
