To provide a magnetic core using a hydraulic composition which has superior formability (finely molding performance), heat resistance, corrosion resistance, mechanical characteristics (strength, impact resistance, dimensional stability etc.), and magnetic characteristics (high magnetic permeability, low core loss, good saturation magnetic flux density etc.), and to provide its manufacturing method.
The magnetic core is a compact containing magnetic powder and the hydraulic composition. Preferably in the core, the hydraulic composition is filled in every gap between magnetic powders, and further preferably in the core, the compounding ratio of the magnetic powder and the hydraulic composition is the magnetic powder 10-90 vol.% and the hydraulic composition 90-10 vol.%. The method of manufacturing the magnetic core includes a process for autoclave curing after molding.
