The magnetic core member 18 consists of a magnetic path forming layer 18A for passing through a magnetic field formed surrounding an antenna coil mainly, and a radio absorption layer 18B for absorbing an external noise mainly, and each layer is optimized respectively to realize compatibility between improvement of communication property and shielding property. Both of the magnetic path forming layer 18A and the radio absorption layer 18B can be formed by mixing mutually different magnetic powder into insulation material. Otherwise, the magnetic path forming layer 18A and the radio absorption layer 18B can be formed by mixing a plurality of kinds of magnetic powder into the insulation material, the mixing ratio of the various kinds of magnetic powder can be different between the respective layers.
